The Wachovia Center in Pittsburg, PA has gone through a name change as a result of  the aquisition of Wachovia Bank by Wells Fargo Bank earlier in the year. There’s always a little bit of confusion when a venue changes names, but usually it is because the naming rights have been sold.

Nothing else at the now Wells Fargo Center will be changing because of the ownership changes,including the upcoming concerts by Paul McCartney this weekend and Lady Gaga next month.
