If you’re holding out for cheap U2 tickets for the Lincoln Financial Field concerts then now’s your chance to buy them before it’s too late. There are a few tickets left for the U2 concert on Thursday and time is running out to get them shipped out in time for the show especially for the general admission field seats which are all the regular traditional tickets, not the emailable kind.

And it’s the field general admission tickets that are at the best prices, currently selling for under face value at $83 and up per ticket. You can find good prices for some of the reserved seats as well but the best seats for U2 still come at a premium with the face value alone close to $300 per ticket.

There are still a few more U2 tour dates to finish up this month and you may be able to get some cheap U2 tickets at the last minute for some of them also.

The U2 2011 tour has kicked off and the sold out shows have been in high demand from U2 fans with ticket prices staying pretty steady right up to the concert dates. Ticket brokers still have a pretty good supply of U2 tickets for the upcoming shows but most of the seats have been selling as the concerts draw near.

The best seats for U2 are still selling for well over the face value of $279 but the best deal for tickets to see U2 are the general admission field seats which run just over $100 each for many of the venues and as low as $75 each for Lincoln Financial Field.  The VIP Red Zone tickets are some of the hardest to find and usually run over $500 each.

The best bet is to buy U2 tickets early for the shows that are not showing many tickets left or wait if price is an object and your willing to miss out on the concert altogether if the prices don’t drop. U2 are expecting to have sold over 7 million tickets for the current tour breaking the record set by the Rolling Stones “Voodoo Lounge” tour.

U2 fans that don’t already have a ticket for the U2 2011 concert tour will find some good ticket deals for the upcoming U2 concerts in Canada with U2 ticket prices as low as $20 each for the Sunday U2 concert at the Canad Inns Stadium in Winnipeg. The face value of the tickets for U2 were more than double that giving fans quite a bargain for the cheap seats.

The best seats for U2 are still being sold for a premium because of the difficulty of obtaining them but cheap U2 tickets are not hard to find for some of the cities on the tour. Most of the U2 concerts will not have the bargains that can be found at the concerts in Canada but good ticket deals for U2 can often be found by searching through the ticket inventory at PreferredSeat.com.
