The San Francisco 49ers are playing very well this year with a 5-1 record but ticket sales have lagged on the secondary market and discount tickets are everywhere. The San Francisco 49ers have hired the Legend Premium Sales agency to handle the sales of the Stadium Builders Licenses, or psl’s with a new name. No mention of the cost of the SBL’s was released but they are sure to play a big part in financing the new 49ers stadium in Santa Clara.

The Santa Clara Stadium Authority approved the selection for the SBL’s and a number of things related to the construction of the stadium but everything still waits for the NFL strike to be settled and the new collective bargaining agreement to help pay some of the costs.

Now may be a good time for the San Francisco 49ers to improve. After years of jacking up the 49er ticket prices many longtime fans have been jumping ship and sales to ticket brokers and corporate clients have been taking up the slack because they are the ones that can afford them.
