Phish are going back on tour for the Fall after their succeful tour this summer which just ended recently. The band will kick off the tour on October 8th at the Austin City Limits Festival  before moving on to the 1st Bank Center in Colorado for three days.

The Phish tour dates end on Halloween night at the Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall as part of a three night stand. With previous Halloween night Phish concerts the band will do dress up and probobly perform a complete album from another band. Previous Phish Halloween concerts have had the band playing the Beatle’s White Album, the Rolling Stone’s Exile on Main Street and the Who’s Quadrophenia.

Phish tickets will be on sale soon for all the Fall concerts. More information is available from the Phish website but be prepared for the Halloween Phish concert to sell out in seconds. Most if not all the Phish concerts should have general admisssion seating.

Phish tour dates were announced on Friday and they include a 3 night stand at Madison Square Garden. Phish released a new album, Joy, after a four year break from touring and will be starting out this tour with a three night gig at Festival 8 in Indio, California on October 30th.

Phish will perform an entire album by another artist on Halloween night and fans are guessing which one it will be. Rumors range from Bruce Springsteen’s, Born in the USA to Prince’s, Purple Rain. More Phish tour dates will be announced soon.

Phish tickets are getting dirt cheap for the concerts coming up at the Gorge this Friday and Saturday. Rock bottom prices can be found for the rest of the tour as well including the concerts at Toyota Park and the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center.

Blame the economy for this one, the tickets were not expensive to begin with, but now are selling for below face value for these shows. As always be careful where you purchase your Phish tickets, there are a lot of ways to be taken on the web, so we recommend checking with the Better Business Bureau before you make your ticket purchase.
