NBA 2011-12 schedule – NBA tickets

by on Jul.19, 2011, under Sports News

The NBA released the 2011-12 NBA game schedule and tv schedules today with crossed fingers that the season will get off on time. The NBA season will tip off on November 5 as long as the contract negotiations between the league and players are settled in time. The NBA Finals champion Dallas Mavericks will face the Miami Heat on Christmas Day for the first rematch between the teams since the finals.

NBA teams have been busy pushing season tickets this year after a bit of a slowdown in season tickets in 2010-11. In spite of their own ongoing contract negotiations NFL tickets are already on sale with a full refund for any games not played.

The labor strife has put a damper on the announcement for the 2011-12 NBA schedule but that didn’t stop NBA tickets from going on sale in the secondary market today also.
