Opening night games include the Cleveland Cavaliers with LaBron James and newly acquired Shaquille O’Neil, hosting Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen and the newest Boston Celtic, Rasheed Wallace.

There are 1,230 games to be played in the 2009-10 regular season and 239 of those will be televised on NBC,TNT, ABC, ESPN and NBA TV.

I would expect the NBA season to be much like the MLB season has been. There will be plenty of bargains to be had as cash strapped individuals and companies cut back on season tickets and teams roll out the promotions to move tickets.

NBA Tickets are already on sale and it’s never to early to start planning your first game.
