Elton John was hired for the wedding of Rush Limbaugh this past weekend in Palm Beach at a reported 1 Million (New York Mag.com). Seems a bit strange with many of the anti gay remarks Rush Limbaugh has said over the years.  You can only guess either Rush,or his new bride likes Elton’s music.

Elton John is currently on a very limited tour schedule so he can drop in on a wedding here and there, especially for a cool million. How many wedding singers can claim a payday like that? Elton John tickets are available for all his tour dates, but not his wedding singer jobs.

Elton John is currently on a solo tour after spending some time touring with Billy Joel and new Elton John tour dates have been announced including a rare stop at Harveys Lake Tahoe. Concerts at Harvey’s are common in the summer after all of the snow has melted, but this is a first for Elton John to perform there.

Tickets for Elton John at Harvey’s in Lake Tahoe go on sale this morning at 10am. The best seats at Harvey’s for Elton John will be in the center section 5, and as close up as possible. With the background of beautiful Lake Tahoe, Harvey’s is a great place to see a concert. Already booked this summer at Harvey’s are Chicago and the Doobie Brothers, Sugarland and Rascal Flats.

Elton John may be adding more tour dates to his tour schedule, so stay tuned. And Elton and Billy Joel may still reunite for more Face to Face tour dates in the future as well.
