Aerosmith Tour Dates for Cocked, Locked, Ready to Rock

by on Jun.02, 2010, under Entertainment News

Aerosmith tour dates are out for the Cocked, Locked, Ready to Rock summer tour which has the rockers on the road starting July 23 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland. So far only a few months of tour dates have been released for Aerosmith, but expect that to change in the coming weeks.

Aerosmith last toured in the summer of 09 when injuries, surgeries, and Steven Tyler falling off a stage forced the cancellation of the tour. Tyler appeared to be really out of it for a while but seems to be back in fine form as they hit Europe before the US portion of the world tour.

Some fans of Aerosmith will be happy to see that the Aerosmith tour schedule begins on the west coast this time after a number of years where Aerosmith just couldn’t make the entire tour, and the west coast dates suffered with cancellations.

Ticket prices for the Aerosmith concert top out at $190, with service charges it will be close to $210 though. For that kind of money Aerosmith had better be Cocked and  Locked and Steven Tyler better be Ready to Rock, straight. Tickets for Aerosmith are on sale now!

Aerosmith Cancels Remainder of Tour, “Return Your Aerosmith Tickets to the Place of Purchase”. You Know the Drill!

by on Aug.14, 2009, under Business News, Entertainment News, Music News

Aerosmith has canceled the remainder of their summer tour as the band’s publicist, MSO, announced yesterday, and it’s once again time for Aerosmith fan’s to return their tickets. You may recall that we made the call in an earlier Aerosmith post, that the band would be canceling the remainder of the tour after Steven Tyler fell from the stage while dancing and broke his shoulder.

Steven's Still Smiling

I’m sure they made a few extra bucks holding on to their fans money for an extra week, but that’s what the business has come down to, especially with Aerosmith this is all too familiar.

So, once again Aerosmith fans must follow that all too familiar phrase and “return your Aerosmith Tickets to the place of purchase”.

And hopefully you bought your tickets from a reputable source, such as PreferredSeat.com, where they issue a full refund for canceled events. Try getting that from Craigslist or Ebay!

Aerosmiths Sure to Cancel Remainder of Tour with Steven Tyler Hurting

by on Aug.07, 2009, under Business News, Entertainment News, Music News, Uncategorized

As a followup to our earlier blog about Steven Tyler’s dancing accident, Aerosmith has already canceled the first few shows coming up with revelation that Steven Tyler had broken his shoulder.

And although it’s been reported the band may be playing an upcoming show this Sunday, I wouldn’t buy that for a second.

Can you imagine Steven Tyler dancing around the stage with a broken shoulder? And as much as I like to sell tickets, I wouldn’t touch a ticket for this tour until the dust has settled.
