Sacramento Kings moving to Anaheim

The Sacramento Kings owners have put in for an extension for more time to work on moving the team to the Honda Center in Anaheim, Ca. They don’t have much of a choice after screwing the remaining season ticket holders all year with discounted seats that undercut the price long time season ticket holders pay.
It would appear to be a calculated move by the Magoofs. They’ve been bitching about not having a suitable arena after trashing the team the last few years and leaving the fans with the lowest payroll in the league and one of the worst records. They couldn’t fill a new arena if they wanted to with the crap they’ve given the fans after the heydays with Chris Webber and Vlade Divac.
Good luck to Anaheim with the greedy bastards who care only about the money and nothing about the fans. Things started to unravel shortly after the run for the NBA Finals around 2003 with the team cutting payroll, making bad decisions and jacking up the fans for more money year after year.
They priced most of the fans out of the arena before they even got to be one of the worst teams in the NBA and now fans are furious with the news of moving to Anaheim. The Magoofs screwed up big time by taking one of the best small market cities for the NBA with the loudest fans and turned it into a tomb.
And now they thank the fans in the midst of an economic downturn by blaming it all on them for not building an arena for them in Sacramento when they are the ones that screwed up.
The Sacramento Kings have to move somewhere at this point. Most of the remaining season ticket holders will dump their seats after this fiasco by the Vegas brothers. Too bad they still own the just renamed Arco Arena and Sacramento will have to live with them until a new arena can be built.
