The 2013 NHL Stanley Cup playoffs kicked off last night with the home teams taking the first game of the series in each of the three games played. The excitement of the playoffs builds as the games move forward and so do the NHL ticket prices so fans looking for deals will have a better chance in the first round.
The cheapest tickets for the playoff games this week are down in Anaheim for the Ducks vs Red Wings game at the Honda Center where ticket prices start at a low $31 per seat. The St. Louis Blues take the next spot for cheap seats with $52 seats for the home game against the Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings.
The Boston Bruins have the highest playoff ticket prices for the games with $100 tickets to get in the door. Most of the other teams have prices hovering around $75 a ticket for the least expensive seats and they just go up as you move down closer to the glass. Fans can expect prices to go up the next round so this may be the best time to get into the games at the cheapest prices.
