New San Francisco 49ers Stadium Financing Stalls

The New San Francisco 49ers stadium plans for Santa Clara will have to wait at least another year as the ownership group led by Jed York tries to come up with the necessary funding. The NFL is unable to guarantee any stadium funds at this time with the poor economy and the upcoming labor negotiations so the 49ers have postponed the opening game until 2015.
And good luck with that date also because the economy is not likely to improve at all in the next couple of years in California and until the 49ers reveal the price of the psl’s and season tickets there is no guarantee the fans will pay the money they did in Dallas for season tickets to Texas Stadium.
The economy is different in Dallas, the money is bigger and the fans are more football crazy. This was going to be the year the 49ers made gains in the win department but that has gone the opposite direction and it may be one of the deciding factors in moving the opening game date back a year.
Everybody loves a winner, but they won’t spend big bucks for losers and the 49ers organization is looking for big bucks from their fans in the new stadium. You can find cheap San Francisco 49ers tickets on sale for all the remaining games at Candlestick Park or NFL tickets for any team at Preferred Seating Tickets.
