The match ups have yet to be decided but by this weekend the picture will be clear and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are expected to earn a spot in the 2013 BCS National Championship game set for January 7th at Sun Life Stadium. All they need as the top team in the BCS Championship Series rankings is a win over the USC Trojans this Saturday and they’ll play against the winner of the SEC Championship game on December 1st. More than likely that will be the Alabama Crimson Tide or the Georgia Bulldogs who currently occupy the number two and three spots.
Most of the ticket prices for the college bowl games are pretty cheap but for the 2013 Bowl Championship Series which includes the Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Orange Bowl and the BCS National Championship game and the ticket prices can get pretty pricey.
The toughest ticket is the championship game of course and they’re priced closer to NFL Super Bowl ticket prices than the typical college bowl game. So fans may be getting a bit of sticker shock with that game.
