U2 Tour Losses Over $100 Million – New U2 Tour Dates Soon
by Greg Cullen on Jun.18, 2010, under Entertainment News
U2 is reporting losses from the postponed tour could cost the band over $100 million though the band is insured and their loss may be just an increase in their insurance rates. Can’t be any worse than Aerosmith, who have to have the highest ratesĀ to cover their history of canceling concerts.
New U2 tour dates for 2011 should be released in the coming weeks. U2 fans have been waiting anxiously after Bono injured his back while preparing for the tour. It doesn’t appear that the back injury and resulting surgery are slowing Bono down as he has been spotted vacationing recently.
