The Rolling Stones will kick off the 50th Anniversary tour with a concert scheduled for Barclays Center in Brooklyn on December 8th and tickets go on sale November 19th. Unlike the already scheduled concerts at the Prudential Center the Stones will most likely just perform for one night since the Brooklyn Nets have the venue booked for the 7th and the 9th already.
The new Rolling Stones album, “GRRR!” came out today with a pair of new songs and the band is premiering the new film, “Crossfire Hurricane” at the Ziegfeld Theater. All this is in preparation for the full on tour to run through 2013 and beyond with more details to come in the next few weeks.
The Rolling Stones tickets for the Barclays Center concerts will go fast and most if not all of the best seats will be gone before they go on sale to the general public. Fans that can’t get into the Stones Barclays Center shows can pay for the live broadcast of the concert through the WWE pay-per-channel service set for 9pm that evening.
