The new 2013 Rolling Stones tour dates were rolled out today and the band have just nine cities listed on the US portion of the tour so far. Rolling Stones tickets go on sale Monday for the limited number of shows just announced. They may not be adding more cities to the tour schedule but fans can expect the Stones to add at least one more show to each city and maybe more to the Los Angeles concerts at the Staples Center immediately after the first concerts sell out.
The Stones have already confirmed a performance at the Glastonbury Festival on June 29 and Hyde Park on July 6th for their only Euorpean tour dates confirmed so far. California fans will benefit the most from the new Rolling Stones tour schedule with concerts in four of the eight cities on the US portion of the tour.
Absent from the schedule are any tour dates in the south. Florida and Texas are left out leaving the question of whether there will be a second leg to the tour later in the year. In the meantime expect a lot of fans to do some traveling just in case these are the only Stones concerts coming our way
The Rolling Stones touring days are just about over and many expect this to be the last one. Break open the piggy bank and get your ya ya’s out for the concerts of the year.
