The Beatles will never play again but the next best thing has been seeing Paul McCartney in concert. Paul McCartney tickets go on sale September 14 for what is hoped to be the first of many concerts this year coming to a ballpark near you. There are two U.S. tour dates and the same for Canada with the shows kicking off in St. Louis on November 11th. Paul will also be playing in Houston Texas at the Minute Maid Park, the home of the Houston Astros baseball team.
Newer ballparks have become the favorite outdoor venues for many artists such as McCartney because the configuration is better for sound quality and viewing than concerts at football stadiums. The best seats to see Paul McCartney at large outdoor venues will always be in the first 20 rows or so from the stage, but being close to the center is very important because of the size of the stage. Then the first rows of the lower level and even the second level provide good sightlines and sound quality.
The current Paul McCartney “On The Run” tour began last July and that one came on the heals of the 2010-2011 “Up and Coming Tour”. Paul’s last album, “Kisses On The Bottom” came out in February and fans can expect to hear a song from that album as well as many Beatles and solo classics from over the years.
Paul McCartney tickets will be available online at Preferred Seating Tickets for premium and hard to find seats.
