Justin Bieber tour dates for the second leg of his current “My World” concerts are on sale this week. The Justin Bieber concert tour will kick off on June 23 at the XL Center in Hartford. The first part of Justin’s tour schedule only went as far as September 4, but the second part of his tour will keep him on the road until December 23.
