Janet Jackson will hit the road in 2011 with the “Janet Jackson Number Ones, Up Close and Personal Tour”. Unlike past Janet Jackson concerts this tour will focus on smaller venues not large arenas. Janet will pull songs from her 35 No. 1 songs from throughout her career as a tribute to the fans that have supported her all those years.
Tickets for the Janet Jackson 2011 concert tour go on sale this weekend for some of the cities, with more on sale dates in the immediate future. Some of the stops along the way include the Chicago Theatre, Mohegan Sun Arena, New York’s Radio City Music Hall and the Bill Graham Civic in San Francisco and a couple of large venues such as Reliant Stadium in Houston and Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles.
Ticket prices will vary by city with most running anywhere from a face value of $50 to $200 per ticket. Expect the Janet Jackson 2011 concert tickets to sell out fast, real fast, like in minutes for many of the smaller venues. There is room between the tour dates for extra concerts but nothing is for sure except the already scheduled shows.
