Fans have been waiting for the new 2012 Florence and the Machine tour schedule for the US and stops in 15 cities have just been announced. Some of the notable stops on the tour include a pair of dates at the Cowchella Valley Music Festival and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. The Florence and the Machine tour will hit a mix of very small venues including the Mondavi Center at UC Davis and the Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee.

Florence + the Machine will be touring this spring in support of their recent album “Ceremonials” which is a follow up to the bands hugely successful debut album in 2009, “Lungs”. In 2011 Florence and the Machine performed live at the Bonnaroo Festival and only a couple of other dates and for this tour Florence and the Machine tickets are expected to sell fast.

The Florence + the Machine tour will kick off on April 14 at the Santa Barbara Bowl and run through May 12 with a final US concert at the Borgata Event Center.
