The Big 4 Festival will head to New York’s Yankee Stadium on September 14th for a replay of the West Coast concert in Indio a few weeks ago. Metallica will be joined by Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax for the evening show in the Bronx.

Metallica fans objected to the orignal all reserved seating arrangement for the concert and the band responded by changing the floor seating to general admission with two different prices. For the front VIP general admission are the face value of the tickets is $225 and $175 for the rear general admission tickets.

This may be a start of a trend to divide the field sections for general admission concerts to squeeze the fans for more money.
