The hot new boy band 5 Seconds of Summer managed to sell out their first headlining US tour dates in just minutes this past weekend and leaving many fans wishing they had booked more tour dates. 5 Seconds of Summer ticket prices on the secondary market have gone through the roof and are currently running well over $100 and up.
5 Seconds of Summer started hitting it big by posting music videos that generated enough exposure to get them booked as the opening act for One Direction in 2013. They’ve only booked 10 concerts for and all the venues are pretty small so it didn’t take much to sell them out.
It doesn’t look like any more shows will be added to the current schedule and fans may have to wait for the next 2014 5 Seconds of Summer tour dates which very well could be coming out by summer.
