U2 has added June 3rd at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City to the 360 tour schedule for 2010 and tickets for the concert go on sale on Feb. 22. You can expect the same starship stage with the massive sound and video, and the round stage with mostly unobstructed views.

The floor in front of the U2 stage will be general admission standing room only with reserved seats in the stands. If you haven’t seen this tour, it’s not one to miss. Tickets for U2 are reasonable priced at the face value, but expect the best seats to sell quickly.

The best view for the U2 concert may be the seats in the lower level because of the shear number of people in the general admission floor area. Even the 2nd level seating for many of the stadiums should give a good view of the stage and big screens. At least you won’t have to stand for several hours. But if you want to get close to the stage, the general admission seats for U2 are the way to go.

Jimmy Buffett tour dates for his 2010 Under the Big Top spring/summer tour have just been added and tickets for Jimmy Buffett are on sale now. Buffett has his loyal fans who trek out to every show they can and for good reason. Buffett puts on a great show for his Parrothead fans and they won’t be disappointed with this years  concerts.

Jimmy Buffett will be touring in support of his new album, “Buffett Hotel”, which was inspired by his recent West Africa visit. The title track from the album came from the combination train station and hotel called Hotel De La Buffet Hotel.

The Buffett tour schedule calls for the band to start out this weekend at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida through September 4th at Jiffy Lube Live Arena. You can buy tickets now for Jimmy Buffett, and  for most of the Under the Big Top concert dates, but more dates and tickets will be added also.

Madison Square Garden is one of the most well known arena names in the world, with the best artist in the country stopping in on their concert tours.  If you’re going to visit the New York area and you are looking for something to do, the Garden is always busy.

Madison Square Garden opened in 1968 and resides on the site of the former above ground Pennsylvania Railroad Station, which still runs railway traffic under the Garden. The Garden has been refurbished a number of times since 1968 and may still get renovated once again soon.
